Encouraging young athletes and entrepreneurs to follow their dreams

We recently were reminded of how early Jordan's dreams began. We watched a video of him as a toddler talking about buying properties. He had the mind of an entrepreneur from the beginning. He knew what he wanted and followed his dreams to make it happen. At the age of 5, Jordan showed an interest in football. He started playing and continued through high school. At the time he put his all into the sport he loved. Jordan played for a nationally ranked 7 on 7 team, he played in all-star games, he received scholarships, and several colleges offers. Jordan absolutely loved football. But after a short time on the college football team, he realized he wanted something different. Jordan hung up his cleats and started a company with his dad, buying properties, renovating and then renting them out. Jordan put his whole heart and soul into it. Jordan did most of the renovations himself while also working full time delivering for Amazon. Jordan also started doing some direct sales for telecommunications, energy, and essential services; and started cleaning gutters in hopes of expanding his business ventures. He knew that he still wanted more opportunities and decided to continue his education at a trade school to become an electrical technician. He received his letter of acceptance several days after he passed. Jordan saw so much potential in himself. He understood that the sky was the limit and if he put his mind to it, he could accomplish it. Jordan also loved to travel and see new places. He had been from New York to California; Canada to Mexico, all by land and sea. He took his 1st plane ride days before he passed. It was to be the start of new adventures and places for him to explore. He believed in working hard, and having fun while doing it. Jordan was full of ideas and dreams and was on his way to accomplishing every single one of them. We are, and will forever be so proud of him. In Jordan's memory we want to encourage other young athletes/entrepreneurs to follow their dreams.
